OPPA is an old school person who grew up in South Korea. Noona is an avid dessert lover, who has travelled around the world. With her international background and creativeness, she plans to open a coffee and desserts bar adjacent to Oppa Bistro. A new K-food shop offering takeaway and delivery is on the way in downtown NYC.
